At Shivrup Hospitality, we value transparency and strive to provide a smooth booking experience for our international guests, especially travelers visiting from the United States. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a reservation.
1. Advance Payment Requirement
To confirm any booking, an advance payment of at least 30% of the total booking amount is mandatory at the time of reservation.
Bookings without advance payment will not be confirmed.
The remaining balance must be paid at check-in unless otherwise agreed.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:
✅ Free Cancellation (Full Refund)
Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 days prior to the check-in date.In this case, the full advance payment (30% or more paid at booking) will be refunded.Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
❌ Late Cancellation (No Refund)
If cancellation is made less than 7 days before the check-in date, the advance payment will be non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for:
Last-minute cancellations (within 7 days)
No-shows
Early check-outs after check-in
3. Modification of Booking
Date changes are subject to room availability.
Rate differences may apply.
Modification requests must be made at least 7 days before check-in.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Any transaction fees charged by payment gateways may be deducted if applicable.
5. Special Services (Airport Pickup, Driver, Dining)
If airport transfer, full-time driver service, or private dining arrangements are booked:
Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours prior to service.
Late cancellation of these services may result in partial or full charges.
